The Team 365 TT80W Women's Leader Soft Shell Jacket is the women's version of the TT80 Leader Soft Shell, built from the same 9 oz./yd² 96/4 polyester/spandex three-layer bonded construction — outer fabric bonded with brushed tricot and an inner waterproof membrane — delivering a 3,000 mm waterproof rating and 1,000 g breathability in a women's proportioned fit.

A matching chin guard, center front reverse coil zipper, and lower zippered pockets provide functional construction consistent with the TT80 men's version while fitting the women's size range XS through 3XL. The spandex content in the fabric blend provides subtle stretch that accommodates a wider range of movement compared to a non-stretch soft shell construction.
