The outer face is 7.5 oz./yd²/255 gsm 96/4 polyester/spandex, bonded directly to a 100% polyester anti-pill fleece interior layer for a two-layer construction without a separate inner liner jacket.
The UTK 1 temperature range (43°F to 13°F / 6°C to -11°C) is the manufacturer's stated comfort range. The attached hood with fleece chin guard provides head coverage and comfortable collar protection. Articulated raglan sleeves allow arm movement without pulling. A front yoke with asymmetrically styled seams adds visual interest at the chest. Right-chest pocket with contrast reverse coil zipper, two lower concealed pockets with contrast coil zippers, audio port access through the lower left pocket, and thermal retention shock cord at the hood and hem complete the functional features.
