The Team 365 TT80Y Youth Leader Soft Shell Jacket is the youth version of the TT80 Leader Soft Shell, sharing the same 9 oz./yd² 96/4 polyester/spandex three-layer bonded construction, 3,000 mm waterproof rating, and 1,000 g breathability rating in youth sizing S through XL.

The same center front dyed-to-match reverse coil zipper with semi-autolock rubber pull extending into a chin guard, zippered front welt pockets, open hem cuffs, and double-needle stitching at hem and cuffs are consistent with the adult TT80. This allows athletic programs to outfit youth athletes in the same premium soft shell jacket as coaching staff, creating a unified team appearance across all size ranges.
