The Hanes 498Y Youth Perfect-T T-Shirt brings the same ring-spun cotton quality of the adult Perfect-T into youth sizing. At 4.5 oz., the fabric is pre-shrunk, 100% US grown ring-spun cotton milled to 30 singles, giving it a noticeably softer hand. The classic youth unisex fit runs true to size and holds its dimensions after washing.
Hanes' Clean Canvas Technology prepares the fabric for screen printing and DTG by removing surface waxes. A ribbed collar without cover seaming gives a vintage appearance, double-needle stitching at the sleeves and bottom hem adds durability, and shoulder-to-shoulder taping supports shape retention. Tear-away label keeps the neck tag-free. Ash is 99/1; Light Steel is 90/10; CVC/Heather colors are 60/40. Fiber content may vary by color.
