The entire jersey surface is fully pre-treated using Hanes' PrintNOW technology, which prepares the cotton fibers for consistent, vibrant DTG ink adhesion without the extra pre-treatment step typically required by decorators.
The base fabric is a 4.5 oz./yd2 100% ring-spun cotton jersey at 30 singles. A set-in 1x1 baby rib collar gives the neckline a clean, structured edge, and the tear-away label supports immediate private-label production. Ash colorways are 99/1; Light Steel is 90/10; Charcoal Heather is 60/40. Fiber content may vary by color.
