The Hanes 42TB Perfect-T Triblend T-Shirt is Hanes’ premium sustainability-positioned triblend tee — a 4.5 oz., 60/30/10 recycled polyester/ring-spun cotton/rayon blend with CiCLO® certified polyester that provides an ultra-soft, lightweight triblend with meaningful recycled content and sun protection.

The 60/30/10 blend is polyester-dominant (unlike many triblend competitors that use 50/25/25 or 50/38/12 formulas), with CiCLO® polyester from recycled plastic bottles providing the performance and sustainability narrative. 30% US-grown ring-spun cotton provides natural hand feel. 10% rayon adds the silky drape characteristic of triblend fabrics. UPF 40+ sun protection.

Clean Canvas Technology is Hanes’ proprietary print surface treatment that prepares the triblend fabric for decoration, reducing the print challenges associated with polyester-dominant fabrics in screen printing and DTG. Modern fit. 1x1 ribbed lay-flat collar. Self-fabric neck tape for comfort. Tear away label. OEKO-TEX; FLA certified; BCI cotton.
