The integrated single-piece construction provides water resistance, wind protection, and core warmth in a jacket appropriate for three-season use.

A roll-away adjustable hood, storm flap with hidden snaps, thermal retention shockcord at the hood and hem, lower concealed zippered pockets, partial inside placket, and chin guard carry forward from the women's 78224. The men's version is available in S–5XL — a broader range than the women's XS–3XL — appropriate for diverse male staff and team populations.
