The CORE365 88189 Men's Brisk Insulated Jacket is the men's version of the 78189, sharing the same construction and material specification in a men's sizing range (S–5XL). The shell is 100% polyester microfiber twill at 3.4 oz./yd²/115 gsm with a water-resistant finish. Body insulation is 100 gsm and sleeve insulation is 60 gsm, both 100% polyester. The lining is 100% polyester brushed tricot in the body and 100% polyester taffeta in the sleeves.

All functional features of the 78189 carry forward: storm flap with snap closure, brushed tricot-lined collar and chin guard, center front autolock zipper with reflective toggle, roll-away hood, elasticized cuffs, lower brushed tricot-lined concealed zippered pockets with reflective toggles, thermal retention shockcord at hood and drop back hem, audio port access through the inside left pocket, and reflective piping at the shoulder yoke and back side panels.

The S–5XL range makes the 88189 appropriate for diverse men's staff populations. Embroidery at the left chest is the primary decoration method.
