The CORE365 CE708 Men's Techno Lite Three-Layer Knit Tech-Shell Jacket is a waterproof performance jacket built from a three-layer construction: 100% polyester interlock bonded to 100% polyester birdseye mesh with an inner waterproof membrane, at approximately 6 oz./yd²/200 gsm total. This three-layer construction — often referred to as a """"3L"""" in technical outerwear — bonds the shell, membrane, and mesh into a single layer that eliminates the need for a separate interior lining while maintaining waterproof protection and breathability.

The fabric achieves 8,000 mm waterproof rating with 1,000 g breathability rating — substantially higher waterproofness than the CE712 Barrier Rain Jacket (3,000 mm), making the CE708 appropriate for extended wet-weather exposure. A center front reverse coil zipper with autolock slider and reflective toggle and lower concealed zippered pockets complete the functional feature set. A matching chin guard protects the face at the top of the zipper. Available in XS–5XL.
