The Bulwark CLD4 Men's Lightweight Deluxe Coverall is built on EXCEL FR ComforTouch 6 oz./yd² sateen — 88% cotton, 12% nylon — one of the lightest flame-resistant coverall fabrics in Bulwark's line. The sateen weave gives the fabric a smoother surface with a slight sheen compared to twill-based FR fabrics, while the ComforTouch finish enhances hand feel. Appropriate for warmer-climate industrial work or extended-wear environments where weight is a comfort factor.
The CLD4 retains a full premium feature set: two inset lower front pockets (topstitched and lined), two angled chest pockets with concealed flap zipper closures, two patch hip pockets with single concealed snap closures, a left sleeve pocket, and a one-piece rule pocket on the right leg. Elastic waist inserts, a deep-pleated action back, and side vent openings with snap closure provide mobility. A two-way concealed Nomex®-taped brass break-away zipper with concealed snaps at the neck, collar, and cuffs closes the front.
