The Bulwark CLC8 Men's Premium Insulated Coverall is Bulwark's cold-weather one-piece FR garment, combining an EXCEL FR ComforTouch 7 oz. (235 g/m²) flame-resistant twill shell (88% cotton, 12% nylon, water-repellent) with a 14 oz. (474 g/m²) 100% modacrylic insulation package and a 100% cotton interior lining. The result is a coverall for workers in cold industrial environments who cannot compromise FR protection for warmth.
A two-way extra heavy-duty Nomex®-taped brass zipper with concealed snap closure at the top provides front entry. The two-piece insulated stand-up collar with snap closure insulates the neck. Knit storm cuffs within hemmed sleeve ends with hook-and-loop suppression tabs seal the sleeve. Full Nomex®-taped ankle-to-hip brass zippers allow donning and removal over boots. Double-reinforced knees add durability.
Carries arc rating ATPV 34–36 cal/cm² (Category 3). Meets NFPA® 2112 requirements. Accommodates snap-on FR hoods for additional insulation. Available in Navy, sizes S–3XL.
