Built from 9 oz./yd² 88/12 polyester/spandex, the high abrasion compression fabric provides a close-fitting, flexible silhouette that allows young athletes to move freely without the bulk of traditional padded football pants.
Seven sewn-in EVA foam pads protect the hips, knees, tailbone, and thighs — providing the essential padded zones required for youth tackle football in a fully integrated design. Five pads cover hips, knees, and tail, while two thigh pads include rigid plastic inserts. The 5-panel no-fly crotch supports unrestricted range of motion during youth football drills and play. An attached self-material belt and cover seaming with bar tacking at stress points ensure the garment holds up through a full season. Machine washable for practical laundering.
