The Threadfast Apparel 100A Unisex Ultimate CVC T-Shirt is one of the two foundation styles in the Threadfast lineup — offering the same 4.8 oz./yd² weight and retail fit as the 180A pure cotton version but using a 60/40 ring-spun cotton/recycled polyester CVC blend instead of 100% cotton. The recycled polyester adds subtle wrinkle resistance and moisture management compared to the all-cotton 180A, while the higher cotton percentage preserves a predominantly natural-fiber feel.
At 26 singles, the fabric is 15% heavier than most basic 30s tees — a key differentiator Threadfast uses to position the Ultimate CVC at a higher comfort and print quality tier. Side-seamed for a modern retail silhouette. Tear-away label. RFID-enabled colors are available on select colorways. BCI cotton; recycled polyester sourced from plastic bottles; Plant with Threadfast. Solid colors XS–4XL; heather colors XS–3XL.
