The Russell Athletic R23CPM Unisex CoolCore Compression Tights are a full-length lower-body base layer built for athletic programs requiring lower-body muscle support during training and competition. The body uses 84/16 polyester and elastane Xtreme compression cloth, with 92/8 polyester and elastane stretch mesh inserts at the back of the knee and gusset — providing targeted ventilation at the zones that build the most heat during running and lower-body movement.
CoolCore® technology distributes moisture throughout the full garment surface, accelerating evaporation across the entire surface area rather than pooling sweat at specific zones. The ultra-tight Xtreme compression fit applies consistent support to the major muscle groups of the leg. Four-way stretch allows full-range joint movement through sprinting, jumping, cutting, and squatting without restriction. A branded soft-brushed back elastic waistband sits comfortably through aggressive movement. UPF 50+ for outdoor training. Tagless label.
