A pre-cure durable press finish minimizes wrinkling and keeps the shirt professional through multiple industrial wash cycles. The two-piece lined banded collar is topstitched with sewn-in stays, maintaining a structured appearance. A stitched-down front placket and seven-button closure — including a button at the neck — give the shirt a polished, uniform-ready look.
