The Red Kap SC16 Men's Long Sleeve Specialized Cotton Work Shirt is Red Kap's long-sleeve cotton shirt engineered specifically for food processing, food service, and institutional kitchen environments where HACCP and food safety protocols require all-cotton garments without metal buttons and without pockets. The 5.25 oz. 100% cotton twill is heavier than standard work shirt fabrics, providing greater substance and durability for demanding industrial laundering in food processing environments.
Seven stainless steel gripper closures eliminate all metal button hazards while providing secure shirt closure; the gripper-closure sleeve cuffs do the same. The pocketless design eliminates any fabric flaps or recesses where food particles, contaminants, or foreign objects could collect—a critical food safety requirement. A two-piece, lined collar with sewn-in stays maintains professional appearance. A separate two-piece back yoke improves shoulder mobility. Available in Light Blue, Navy, and White.
