The Red Kap CK44 Men's ESO/Anti-Static Coverall is engineered for electrostatic discharge (ESD)-sensitive work environments—electronics manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, explosive handling, and any environment where static buildup poses a safety or product integrity risk. The 4 oz. warp knit 94/6 texturized polyester/carbon-suffused nylon construction is specifically formulated to dissipate static charges, meeting ESD STM 2.1-1997 test methodology compliance.
The carbon-suffused nylon at 6% creates conductive pathways through the fabric that continuously dissipate static charges generated during movement. The lightweight 4 oz. warp knit construction is notably lighter than standard twill coveralls, providing all-day comfort in temperature-controlled electronic manufacturing facilities. A stand-up collar replaces the notched lapel typical of twill coveralls, providing a cleaner seal at the neck for ESD-sensitive environments. A concealed single nickel-plated zipper with gripper at the neck completes the clean exterior profile.
Wash note: do not use chlorine bleach, as it may degrade anti-static performance.
