The MERET M8111-TB TFAK™ PRO X Black Waist Pack Bag delivers the same trauma first aid deployment system as the M8111-NB Blue version in a tactical black colorway suited to law enforcement, security, and military-adjacent programs where low-visibility equipment is preferred over high-visibility blue. Constructed from 10.88 oz./yd² tarpaulin, the pack is designed to mount on a belt and be operated with full hands-free access to trauma supplies without removing it from the body.
Elastic outer sleeves on the top, sides, and front secure tourniquets, hemostatic agents, gloves, pens, cleaning agents, and a rescue knife in fixed, identifiable positions for stress-condition rapid access. The main interior compartment accommodates a window punch, target indicators, EMS glove pairs, Raptor trauma shears, quick clot dressings, vacuum-packed gauze, and additional supplies. Interior and exterior surfaces are lined with Infection Control Material for rapid decontamination of bloodborne and transmissible pathogens after use.
