The Holloway 229543 Unisex Weld Jacket is a stretch outerwear jacket built from 90% polyester/10% spandex stretch woven with 4-way stretch. The stretch woven construction—rather than a standard non-stretch outerwear shell—allows the Weld Jacket to flex with athletic movement in all directions, making it better suited to active warm-up and cool-down use than standard wind-resistant jackets that restrict dynamic movement. The spandex content provides stretch and recovery so the jacket returns to its original shape between movements.
Raglan sleeves maximize shoulder mobility during warm-ups. Locking welt front pockets provide secure storage with a flush, low-profile closure. A reflective metallic welded silicone arm zippered pocket on the sleeve provides a distinctive, reflective storage option with a silicone media port for routing headphone cables during warm-ups—the metallic silicone weld is the design element that gives this jacket its name. Spandex bound cuffs provide a secure, stretch-and-recover seal at the wrist. Dual inside pockets provide additional organized internal storage. An adjustable hem with a hidden drawcord system allows the hem to be cinched for wind protection.
