The shell is a 3-layer 100% polyester construction—polyester interlock bonded to polyester bird's eye with an inner membrane—at 8 oz./yd² (270 gsm). This system delivers an 8,000 mm waterproof rating and 1,000 g breathability rating, keeping wearers dry while allowing moisture vapor to escape.
Insulation comes from 4.1 oz./yd² thermal poly fill, adding warmth without restricting movement. A center front storm flap with metal snaps and a hidden coil zipper seals out wind and precipitation. Right chest and lower pockets with metal snap closures provide secure, accessible storage. An inner storage pocket conceals valuables. The EZEM™ System enables clean embroidery access for corporate and team branding programs.
