At just 3.4 oz./yd², the 100% polyester ripstop fabric is extremely lightweight and quick-drying—designed to keep outdoor staff comfortable through long active shifts in warm or humid conditions.

A UPF 40+ rating provides meaningful ultraviolet protection for staff who spend their shifts outdoors, making this shirt especially practical for marina staff, outdoor hospitality, park and recreation operations, and field services. The 100% polyester mesh lining in the upper back adds additional breathability at the area where heat builds most during active outdoor movement. A back vent system provides additional airflow and cooling.
