The Hanes RS160 Perfect Sweats Crewneck Sweatshirt is engineered with DTG printing as a primary use case. Clean Canvas Technology on an 8.5 oz./yd2 80/20 cotton/polyester blend removes surface waxes and oils that interfere with ink adhesion, delivering sharper, more consistent DTG results across a full run.

The higher 80% cotton content gives the fabric a warmer, fuller feel compared to 50/50 EcoSmart alternatives, while polyester adds shape retention. Made with sustainably sourced USA grown cotton. Ribbed collar, cuffs, and waistband; double-needle stitching throughout; tear-away label. Charcoal Heather is 50/50; Light Steel is 78/22 cotton/polyester. Fiber content may vary by color. S through 5XL.
