The Flexfit 6533 Ultrafiber™ Mesh Cap is Flexfit’s most technically advanced fitted cap, using a four-component 44/42/7/7 polyester/nylon/cotton/PU spandex blend with Ultrafibre™ Technology — a proprietary fabric treatment that makes the cap water-resistant, wind-resistant, and highly durable while maintaining a lightweight, breathable airmesh construction.
Ultrafibre™ Technology treats the multicomponent fiber blend to provide a natural-looking shine and robust physical durability that Flexfit describes as wind- and water-resistant, positioning the 6533 for outdoor programs and athletic team headwear where weather protection and active durability are required in addition to the Flexfit® fitted comfort.
The airmesh construction provides superior breathability compared to standard woven cap fabrics, making the 6533 appropriate for warm-weather active use. Structured, six-panel, mid-profile. Permacurv® visor. Sewn eyelets. OEKO-TEX certified.
