The Flexfit 6277 Cotton Blend Cap is Flexfit’s all-time best-selling fitted cap — a 63/34/3 polyester/cotton/PU spandex twill structured six-panel mid-profile cap that has become the industry benchmark for decorated headwear programs across every category from corporate casual to sports team to retail merchandise.

The 63/34/3 polyester/cotton/PU spandex blend represents the sweet spot between the natural appearance and feel of a cotton-dominant cap and the shape retention, colorfastness, and dimensional stability of polyester, with the 3% PU spandex providing the Flexfit® stretch-fit tension that allows the fitted cap to conform to the head across S/M and L/XL sizing ranges without a rigid sweatband.

Permacurv® visor maintains its pre-curved shape without manual bending. Silver undervisor provides clean interior finish. Sewn eyelets provide ventilation and prevent fraying. Extended XL/2XL sizing available in select colors. FLEXFIT THE ONE AND ONLY ORIGINAL®.
