The Flexfit 6100NU NU® Cap is Flexfit’s most technologically comprehensive fitted cap, combining four proprietary technologies in a single 79/18/3 polyester/rayon/PU spandex fitted baseball cap: ACTIVEGUARD™ (antibacterial/stain/odor protection), Flexfit® Technology (stretch fit), Cool & Dry (moisture management), and a Tri-Layer front panel construction for premium decoration results.

The Tri-Layer front panel fuses three separate layers of material at the front panels to create the firmest, most consistently flat embroidery surface of any Flexfit cap — a significant quality improvement for large-format, detailed, or multi-color embroidery programs where front panel flatness directly affects stitch definition.

The rayon content (18%) gives the NU® fabric a silkier visual appearance and softer surface than standard polyester caps. Seam-sealed taping at interior seams for smoother wear. Permacurv® visor. Closed back, stretch fitted S/M and L/XL. OEKO-TEX certified.
