The Flexfit 280 Delta® Seamless Unipanel Cap combines two Flexfit innovations — the Delta®’s seamless construction and the Unipanel™ front panel design — in a single cap, creating a six-panel cap whose front panels are constructed from a single fused piece of fabric with no vertical seams at the front crown, providing an unlimited and uninterrupted decoration field.
Standard six-panel caps have a vertical seam running from the crown button down the front center, dividing the front decoration field and requiring embroidery designs to either straddle or avoid this seam. Unipanel™ eliminates this seam entirely through a single-panel front construction, allowing full-width embroidery designs that span the entire front without seam interference.
