The Flexfit 180 Delta® Seamless Snapback Cap is the founding style of Flexfit’s Delta® collection — a 92/8 polyester/spandex fitted cap that features the Delta®’s signature seamless panel construction and three-technology performance package: Stain-Block™, antibacterial, and quick-drying.
The Delta®’s defining feature is its seamless construction: panels are fused rather than sewn, eliminating the visible seam lines that run across the sides and top of standard six-panel caps. Seamless construction provides a smoother exterior surface for decoration, reduces potential chafing from seam ridges during physical activity, and creates a cleaner visual profile.
Stain-Block™ technology treats the fabric surface to resist staining from perspiration, contact, and incidental soiling. Antibacterial properties inhibit odor-causing bacteria growth during active use. The 3-layer high-tech sweatband manages moisture with comfort. Permacurv® visor. Structured, mid-profile, six-panel. Available in S/M and L/XL fitted sizing.
