The econscious EC7025 Structured Eco Baseball Cap is the structured-crown counterpart to the EC7000 unstructured dad hat, sharing the 8 oz., 100% organic cotton washed twill fabric but adding a structured six-panel construction with buckram front panels for a maintained, upright crown shape that provides embroidery-ready front panel tension.
The structured construction is specifically appropriate for embroidery decoration: structured front panels maintain consistent tension and shape under the embroidery hoop, producing cleaner stitch definition than unstructured panels that shift and compress during embroidery.
