The econscious EC1070 Reclaimist Fiber Vibes T-Shirt is econscious’s most circularity-focused tee — built from 100% post-industrial reclaimed cotton fiber that would otherwise become textile waste, processed through econscious’s patented fiber collection and spinning technology to create long-staple yarns with a surprisingly premium hand-feel for a recycled cotton product.
Post-industrial reclaimed fiber comes from manufacturing scraps and cutting waste collected before it reaches consumers, representing a waste reduction approach that keeps production-stage material in productive use. econscious’s patented spinning technology processes these short-fiber reclaimed materials into longer staple yarns that provide better fabric integrity and softer hand than standard recycled cotton recycling processes typically produce.
GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified by an independent third party for the recycled content claims. SEDEX SMETA audited facility. At 4.5 oz. carded ringspun jersey, the EC1070 is slightly lighter than the 5.5 oz. EC1000, providing a softer drape suitable for lifestyle and fashion decorating applications.
