The Dickies TJ55 Unisex Insulated Industrial Eisenhower Jacket is the insulated evolution of the JT78 unlined Eisenhower, adding a 1.9 oz., nylon/polyurethane taffeta quilted foam lining to the same 8 oz./yd², 65/35 polyester/cotton vat dyed twill shell for warmth without the bulk of a heavier insulated jacket.
The vat dyed twill shell penetrates dye into the fiber core, providing the color retention through industrial laundering that the insulated Eisenhower format needs for managed uniform programs. Wrinkle resistance prevents the outer shell from developing unsightly creases through industrial wash cycles. Water-resistant properties help the jacket shed light rain and splash exposure on job sites.
The quilted foam lining provides layered insulation — the taffeta face provides a smooth interior feel and the polyurethane foam fill delivers thermal retention at a lightweight fill weight. A brass zipper front closure, slash front welt pockets, a pencil pocket on the sleeve for immediate-access tool storage, an inside pocket, and adjustable waist tabs complete the construction.
