The Dickies LJ53 Men’s Industrial Duck Work Jacket is Dickies’ flagship insulated work jacket, built from a 10 oz./yd², 75/25 cotton/polyester duck shell with a nylon/polyurethane bonded quilted lining for warmth and a taffeta/foam interior lining for additional insulation in cold work environments.
Duck fabric at 10 oz. is the standard for heavy-duty work outerwear: the canvas-weave structure resists abrasion, snagging, and tearing from rough materials and job-site contact. The 75% cotton content provides breathability and a softer hand feel than all-synthetic shells.
The nylon/polyurethane quilted lining provides a structured insulating layer with the nylon face providing smooth interior comfort while the polyurethane delivers thermal retention. An additional taffeta/foam interior layer provides further insulation.
A brass zipper front closure provides reliable long-term performance. Front welt pockets, a utility sleeve pocket, and an interior chest pocket provide organized storage for job-site tools and accessories. Adjustable waist tabs allow fit customization. Industrial laundry and home wash compatible.
