The Dickies L307T Men’s Tall Industrial Cotton Long Sleeve Work Shirt provides the all-cotton, 6 oz. twill construction of the L307 in tall sizing, with extended body length and sleeve proportions for taller workers in cotton-preferring industrial uniform programs.
The tall sizing is especially important in a long-sleeve cotton work shirt: cotton does not recover from stretching the way polyester-blend fabrics do, so a short-body cotton shirt on a tall worker will pull up at the back hem with every arm reach — a persistent appearance issue in uniform programs. The L307T corrects this with properly proportioned tall dimensions that keep the shirt tucked and well-fitted through active work.
