The Dickies FP78 Women’s Tactical Pants are purpose-designed for women in law enforcement, security, EMS, first response, and tactical trades, built from a 6.5 oz./yd², 61/32/7 polyester/cotton/elasterell-p FLEX ripstop that combines tear resistance with four-way mechanical stretch.

The ripstop weave creates an interlocked grid pattern that prevents tears from propagating through the fabric — a critical performance property for tactical environments where snagging on barriers, fences, and equipment is a routine risk. The 7% elasterell-p (stretch polyester) content adds FLEX mobility to the ripstop structure, allowing full freedom of movement during running, kneeling, climbing, and dynamic pursuit actions without fabric restriction.

An expandable comfort waist with triple gripper waistband provides secure, adjustable fit retention during active movement. Tunnel belt loops accommodate duty belts.
