The Dickies DJ10 Men’s DuraTech Active Duck work Jacket is Dickies’ premium everyday work jacket from the DuraTech collection, combining an 11 oz., 98/2 cotton/elastane water-repellent duck shell with a soft 8.5 oz. sherpa body lining and 8 oz. polyester interlock sleeve insulation for a jacket that delivers warmth, protection, and active mobility in a single garment.

The 2% elastane in the shell fabric enables a FLEX range of motion across the shoulders and back during active work tasks — a meaningful difference from traditional non-stretch duck jackets that restrict arm extension and overhead reaching. The bi-swing back design provides an additional structural accommodation for forward arm movement. The water-repellent shell repels rain and moisture, and the sherpa lining provides insulation without the bulk of a separate mid-layer.
