The CORE365 88193T Men's Tall Operate Twill Dress Shirt extends the men's 88193 to tall sizing (LT–5XLT), providing the same 4.4 oz./yd²/150 gsm 55/45 cotton/polyester twill with UPF 40+ protection and button-down collar in a proportioned tall cut. Longer body and sleeve lengths ensure taller wearers achieve a correct professional appearance without the short-body or short-sleeve issues common with standard-size shirts on tall frames.

The durable flat-felled side and underarm seams, adjustable cuffs, and single back yoke pleat of the 88193 carry forward in the tall version. The 88193T is the essential companion SKU for programs already using the 88193 that need tall sizing for select staff members.
