The CORE365 88183 Men's Techno Lite Motivate Unlined Lightweight Jacket is the men's version of the 78183, sharing the same 2.3 oz./yd² 240T polyester pongee construction with water-resistant finish. As an unlined, ultra-lightweight outer layer, it provides wind and light-rain resistance in a packable format appropriate for outdoor events, travel, and active corporate programs.

Functional features include a center front reverse coil auto-lock zipper with reflective toggle, lower front concealed zippered pockets with reflective toggles, underarm vents, elasticized cuffs, a chin guard, and adjustable shockcord at the hem. Reflective piping at the shoulder yoke and center back yoke adds low-light visibility. Audio port access through the inside lower left pocket accommodates earphone routing. The men's version is available in sizes S–5XL — a broader size range than the women's 78183 (XS–3XL) — making it appropriate for diverse staff populations.
