The Comfort Colors 1545 Colorblast™ Crewneck Sweatshirt applies the brand's pigment spray technique to a 9.5 oz. 3-end heavyweight fleece made from 80% ring-spun U.S. cotton and 20% polyester, with a 100% ring-spun cotton face. Unlike standard garment-dyed goods that produce consistent coverage, the Colorblast™ technique deposits insoluble pigment particles at varying concentrations, creating a faded, mottled effect that is unique to every individual garment.

Construction includes a relaxed fit, side-seamed body, rolled forward shoulder, 1x1 rib collar, cuffs and waistband, and a back neck patch for easy customization. Signature twill label and back neck twill tape complete the interior. Dyes are OEKO-TEX certified low-impact, salt-free, and sourced under the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol.

Because the Colorblast™ effect yields shade variation across individual units, this sweatshirt works best in programs where vintage, each-piece-is-different character is a feature. It performs well in retail brand programs, lifestyle merchandise, event apparel, and campus spirit wear where unique coloration adds perceived value.
