Body fabric is 4.25 oz./yd2 65/35 polyester/cotton poplin with OilBlok technology to repel cooking oils from penetrating the front of the shirt. The full mesh back (4.2 oz./yd2 100% polyester performance mesh) provides nearly 75% more breathability than standard cook shirt backs. Moisture wicking manages perspiration.
