The Chef Designs 042X Mimix Chef Coat with OilBlok is the flagship performance chef coat from Chef Designs, combining OilBlok oil-repelling technology, MIMIX stretch panels, and lightweight ripstop body fabric to address the three most common complaints about traditional chef coats: stains, restricted movement, and heat buildup.
The body fabric is 4.25 oz./yd2 65/35 polyester/cotton ripstop with OilBlok technology that repels cooking oils before they penetrate the fabric. MIMIX stretch panels (3.8 oz./yd2 100% polyester performance mesh, US Patent No. 10,085,490) maximize arm and torso mobility. A mesh-lined stand-up collar and clean-finish vented cuffs maintain the professional coat appearance.
Ten non-yellowing UV buttons (White) or dyed-to-match buttons (Black, Charcoal, Fireball Red, Grey). Left chest pocket and left sleeve thermometer pocket. Industrial laundry compatible in OilBlok, light soil, and home wash settings.
