The Bulwark VMS4HV Men’s Hi-Visibility Insulated FR Safety Vest is one of the most protective FR safety vests in Bulwark’s lineup, combining CAT 4 arc flash protection with ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Type R, Class 2 high-visibility compliance and substantial modacrylic insulation for cold-weather site work. The shell is CoolTouch® 2 — 7 oz. (235 g/m²) flame-resistant 48% modacrylic/37% lyocell/15% aramid — with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish and 100% cotton lining. The insulation package is 12 oz. (405 g/m²) 100% modacrylic, an inherently FR insulation that maintains FR integrity through the entire garment thickness.
A separating Nomex®-taped zipper closes the front. A rib knit collar provides structure at the neck. Two large inset slash-welted pockets, a Napoleon chest pocket with zipper closure, and one inside chest pocket provide comprehensive organized storage. A lanyard access point at the back allows pass-through for fall protection harnesses. A mic loop provides clip-on gas monitor or radio attachment points. 360° visibility via 2-inch silver reflective striping at the front and back.
