The Bulwark SLU3 Women’s Midweight FR Dress Uniform Shirt is the women’s-fit version of the SLU2, using Westex Ultrasoft® 7 oz./yd² (235 g/m²) flame-resistant 88% cotton/12% nylon in proportions designed for women’s fit. Darts in both the front and back provide a tailored, fitted silhouette that standard men’s uniform shirts cannot achieve, allowing the SLU3 to serve as a proper women’s uniform garment rather than a sized-down men’s shirt.

Two chest pockets with button flap closures and sewn-in pencil stall provide organized storage. A banded topstitched collar, placket front with button closure, and topstitched cuffs with adjustable button closures complete the construction.

NFPA® 2112 compliant with arc rating ATPV 8.6 cal/cm² (Category 2). Available in multiple colors including Khaki, Navy, and Light Blue, in women’s sizes.
