Certified CAT 2 by UL to NFPA 2112, with an ATPV arc rating of 8.5 cal/cm², it covers arc flash and flash fire hazard environments.
The aramid/lyocell/modacrylic blend is a step away from cotton-dominant FR fabrics. Aramid provides inherent flame resistance; lyocell (often derived from wood pulp) adds softness and moisture management without chemical FR treatment; modacrylic contributes additional flame resistance and fabric stability. The resulting shirt feels lighter and more breathable than heavier cotton FR shirts, a meaningful advantage for women working in warm industrial environments through long shifts.
