The Bulwark QC20 Men’s iQ Series® FR Mobility Coverall is built on iQ Evolv® — a 5.5 oz./yd² (185 g/m²) inherently flame-resistant fabric blending 50% aramid, 25% lyocell, and 25% modacrylic. The aramid and modacrylic components deliver inherent FR performance that cannot wash out, while the lyocell improves breathability and softness for a coverall that wears comfortably in warm conditions.
Mobility-focused design features define the QC20 platform: a mobility sleeve pleat allows full arm extension without pulling at the shoulders; an improved lower-torso fit provides room to squat and kneel; and a full elastic back waist moves with the body. A two-way concealed Nomex®-taped brass break-away zipper with concealed snap at the top provides front entry. A snap closure at the sleeve cuff and a one-piece topstitched lay-flat collar complete the closure system. Eight total pockets provide organized storage: two front swing pockets, two patch chest pockets with flaps and concealed snap closures, two patch hip pockets, a left sleeve pocket, and a large patch pocket on the left leg. Side vent openings with snap closure allow ventilation.
NFPA® 2112 compliant with arc rating ATPV 8.5 cal/cm² (Category 2). Tall sizes available under QC20T.
