The Bulwark JLR8 Men's Heavyweight Insulated Bomber Jacket is a shorter-cut FR outerwear option for workers who need the same EXCEL FR ComforTouch protection as the JLP8 parka but prefer a bomber-length jacket that doesn't restrict leg movement. The shell is Westex Ultrasoft® EXCEL FR ComforTouch 7 oz. twill — 88% cotton, 12% nylon, water-repellent — with 12 oz. 100% modacrylic insulation and a 100% cotton lining.
A separating heavy-duty Nomex®-taped brass zipper fully covered with a two-layer storm flap and concealed snap closure secures the front. A fully insulated stand-up collar and knit storm cuffs within hemmed sleeve ends with hook-and-loop suppression tabs control heat loss at the collar and sleeve ends. Two large external patch pockets with concealed snap-secured flaps (with hand warmers) and one inside chest pocket provide storage. A deep-pleated action back and a fully-tunneled elasticized waistband provide mobility and a secure fit. Inside zipper guards protect all zipper elements. Accommodates snap-on hoods sold separately.
NFPA® 2112 compliant with arc rating ATPV 34 cal/cm² (Category 3). Available in sizes S through 3XL.
