The Bulwark BLC8 Men's Midweight Insulated Bib Overall is designed for cold-weather industrial environments where both flame resistance and insulation are required. The outer shell is 7 oz. (235 g/m²) EXCEL FR ComforTouch flame-resistant twill — 88% cotton, 12% nylon — with a durable water-repellent finish. The insulation package is 14 oz. (474 g/m²) 100% modacrylic, providing substantial warmth while remaining inherently flame resistant. The interior lining is 100% cotton.
Key features include reinforced double knees, elasticized shoulder straps with non-conductive adjustable hardware, and full Nomex®-taped ankle-to-hip brass zippers with concealed snap closure for unrestricted entry over work boots. Five large patch pockets, a hip pocket with closure, and bonus utility pockets provide organized storage.
Meets NFPA® 2112 requirements with arc rating ATPV 36 cal/cm² (Category 2). Available Regular and Long in sizes S–5XL. Designed to wear over other clothing.
