The Berne Apparel J387 Men's Highland Quilt-Lined Micro-Duck Work Jacket is the standard (non-hooded) counterpart to the hooded HJ67, using the same 4.7 oz./yd² 60/40 cotton/polyester sanded duck (micro-duck) shell with lightweight insulation quilted to polyester taffeta lining. At 4.7 oz., the J387 is dramatically lighter than the 10–12 oz. cotton duck of standard Berne work jackets, making it appropriate for mild to moderate conditions or as a layering piece under heavier outerwear.
Water-resistant and wind-resistant fabric blocks the elements. A zip-through fleece-lined collar creates a stand-up collar option for additional neck warmth. A drop tail provides more coverage at the back. Snap adjustments on the cuffs allow a secure wrist fit. Multiple pockets include fleece-lined front pockets (for hand warmth), three zippered outside pockets, and three inside pockets.
