Athletic Heather uses 90/10 Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton/polyester; Dark Grey Heather is 52/48 Airlume cotton/polyester; Neon colors are 3.6 oz./yd², 52/48 Airlume cotton/polyester in 40 singles. Fiber content varies by color.

Pre-shrunk fabric holds its size through laundering, and retail fit translates the standard 3480 silhouette into youth proportions. Side seams give the tank structure, and a tear-away label is included. The 3480Y is available in a dedicated CVC heather version (3480YCVC) for buyers who prefer heather colorways. BELLA + CANVAS uses BlueSign-certified dyes throughout production.
