The Bayside 5300 Unisex USA-Made Performance T-Shirt is Bayside's domestic performance tee — a 4.5 oz./yd² 100% polyester blank manufactured entirely in the United States, filling the gap between cotton apparel programs and polyester activewear with American manufacturing credentials. Polyester performance tees offer faster moisture evaporation than cotton, lighter weight at the same coverage, and better dimensional stability through repeated washing — properties that make them preferred in athletic, outdoor, and active workwear contexts.
The 100% polyester construction accepts cationic dye processes, enabling vibrant color production and excellent color consistency across production runs. Shoulder-to-shoulder taping reinforces the shoulder seam for active use durability. Double-needle stitched sleeves and bottom hem provide edge durability through the rigors of active use and laundering. A tear-away label provides a clean neck area for custom inside label printing or simplified wearing comfort.
The 5300 is the base style for the hi-vis 3755, which uses this same 4.5 oz. polyester tee with 3M reflective tape added. Available across an extended S–6XL range in multiple cationic colorways. Manufactured entirely in the United States.
