The Badger 4980 Unisex United T-Shirt is a 5 oz./yd² cotton-dominant blend that brings a heavier, more substantial hand-feel to the Badger performance lineup. The 60% ring-spun cotton / 40% polyester construction delivers the soft, natural drape of a cotton tee while the polyester component provides added durability and shape retention through repeated washing.
The defining design element is the self-fabric printable inset panels on the body and arms — contrast-color fabric sections that create a multi-panel visual with edge overlay stripes, producing a jersey-like aesthetic straight from the package. These inset panels are made from the same fabric as the tee but in a contrasting color, and they are specifically designed with room to print team numbers, logos, or custom artwork within their zone.
