The Atlantis Headwear SAND Sustainable Performance Cap is the most technically specified cap in the Atlantis sustainable line, built from a 95/5 blend of recycled polyester and elastane in a mini-ottoman performance fabric that combines recycled material credentials with active-wear functionality. One and a half bottles are recovered per unit, and the SAND is certified by both GRS and OEKO-TEX Standard 100—adding a textile safety credential on top of the recycled content verification.

The mini-ottoman weave creates a fine texture that is both structured and slightly stretch-responsive thanks to the 5% elastane content—providing a more conforming fit than rigid twill constructions. A recycled elastic sweatband manages moisture during active wear, and an elasticized D-ring hook-and-loop closure provides a more precise fit adjustment than standard velcro closures. The mid-visor features the ReTraze recycled fishing net visor construction used across the Atlantis cap line. Recycled buckram supports the six-panel, mid-profile structured crown.
